Scope of Service

Services covered include those described on our services pages: SEO automation audits, custom automation builds, and enterprise automation infrastructure. Pricing for these services is outlined on our pricing page. Work outside an agreed written scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately.

Quotes & Pricing

Every project is scoped individually and confirmed with a written quote before work begins. Pricing shown on this website is indicative only, not binding until confirmed in writing for your specific scope. We do not publish or guarantee a fixed price for automation work in advance of scoping it.

Project Work

Projects are delivered against a defined scope and timeline agreed in writing. Delays caused by late feedback, access to tools and data, or approvals from the client may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed in the written quote for each project. Late payment may pause active work until resolved.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the custom software and automation systems built specifically for a client become the property of the client, excluding any third-party licensed components, APIs, or platforms used under their own license terms.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable professional care in every project, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
